Terms of Use
Article 1 (Definitions)
The terms used in these Terms of Use are defined as follows.
- "We" or "us" means Thinclient OÜ.
- "This site" means the website Estonia Life (https://ee.w2life.com), operated by us.
- "Member" means a person who has agreed to these Terms and registered an account on this site.
- "Service" means the various services provided by this site.
Article 2 (Scope of the Service)
This site provides shop information and community features for people living in Estonia. We do not act as an intermediary in transactions between shops and members.
Article 3 (Applying to join)
Anyone wishing to join must apply using the method we specify. Applicants must provide accurate information.
Article 4 (Acceptance of an application)
On receiving an application we will carry out any necessary review before accepting it. Registration is complete once we have accepted the application.
Article 5 (Refusal of an application)
We may refuse an application in any of the following cases.
- The application contains false information.
- The applicant is a member of an organised crime group.
- We otherwise consider the application inappropriate.
Article 6 (No transfer or lending)
Membership is personal to the member and may not be transferred or lent to any third party.
Article 7 (Notifying changes)
Members must notify us by email promptly if their registered details change. We accept no liability for any disadvantage arising from a failure to notify us.
Article 8 (Cancelling membership)
Members may cancel their membership by notifying us by email. Please see Article 23 for how data is handled on cancellation.
Article 9 (Equipment and costs)
Members are responsible for arranging and paying for the equipment, software and connectivity needed to use the Service.
Article 10 (Copyright and other rights)
Copyright and all other intellectual property rights in the content on this site belong to us or to the respective rights holders. Members may not copy, repurpose or make secondary use of that content without our prior consent.
Article 11 (Managing your ID and password)
Members must keep their ID and password secure. Disclosing, lending or transferring them to a third party is prohibited. We accept no liability for loss arising from unauthorised use of an ID or password.
Article 12 (Member responsibility)
Members are responsible for resolving any dispute arising from their use of the Service. We accept no liability for disputes between members, or between a member and a third party.
Article 13 (Prohibited conduct)
Members must not do any of the following when using the Service.
- Infringing the intellectual property, privacy or other rights of others
- Posting about or trading in illegal goods or services, such as illegal drugs
- Posting obscene content or child sexual abuse material
- Promoting pyramid or multi-level marketing schemes
- Activity relating to online dating introduction services
- Altering or destroying information on the Service
- Impersonating another person
- Transmitting viruses or other harmful programs
- Campaigning in breach of election law
- Sending unsolicited advertising or promotional email
- Interfering with the equipment or systems behind the Service
- Circumventing or defeating access controls
- Obtaining personal data by improper means
- Soliciting direct transactions with shops outside the Service
- Cancelling a booking without good reason
- Any other conduct that breaches the law
- Any other conduct we consider inappropriate
- Posting or advertising prostitution-related services
- Spam posts intended to drive people to messaging apps such as Telegram
- Collecting or using personal data in breach of the GDPR or other privacy law
Article 14 (Own responsibility and freedom of contract)
We do not act as an intermediary between shops and members. Members deal with shops at their own risk.
Article 15 (Bookings)
Each shop is responsible for the accuracy and currency of its own listing. Any dispute over a booking is to be resolved directly between the member and the shop.
Article 16 (After a booking is made)
Any dispute arising after a booking is made is to be resolved directly between the member and the shop.
Article 17 (Cancellations)
If you need to cancel a booking, please contact the shop directly. We accept no liability for disputes over cancellations.
Article 18 (Loss of membership)
We may terminate membership without prior notice in any of the following cases.
- The member provided false information when applying.
- The member has breached the prohibitions in Article 13.
- We otherwise consider the person unsuitable as a member.
Article 19 (Disclaimer)
We give no warranty as to the completeness, accuracy or usefulness of the information provided through the Service. We accept no liability for loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service.
Article 20 (Handling of member data)
We handle members’ personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Article 21 (Governing law and jurisdiction)
These Terms are governed by Estonian law. Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus, Tallinn) shall have exclusive jurisdiction at first instance over any dispute arising from these Terms.
Residents of the EU or EEA may still exercise their rights under the consumer protection law of their country of residence.
Article 22 (Exceptions)
Where the description page for a particular service states something different from these Terms, that page prevails.
Article 23 (Cancellation and deletion of data)
Where a member applies to cancel, we will delete their personal data within 30 days of receiving the request, except for data we are required by law to retain.

Supplementary provisions
These Terms took effect on 1 August 2013 and were last revised on 26 March 2026.
